  4. Do I need to exchange my Zingerang, Inc. share certificate for a Carbon Sciences, Inc. share certificate?

    5. No, your Zingerang share certificate, issued before we changed our corporate name, represents your current share holdings in Carbon Sciences. However, if you prefer, you may exchange your old share certificate for a new share certificate. Please contact Computershare, our transfer agent, for information about receiving a new share certificate.
     

  5. May I sell my shares that were included in the Company’s SB-2 registration statement declared effective by the SEC on August 13, 2007?

    6. Yes, shares included in our SB-2 registration declared effective by the SEC on August 13, 2007 may be sold. Your original share certificate bears a restrictive legend under the Securities Act of 1933 and is considered to be a "restricted" security. Should you desire to sell your shares, the restrictive legend must be removed from your share certificate. Only Computershare, our transfer agent, may remove the restrictive legend and will only do so upon the sale of your shares. (Computershare will not remove the restrictive legend from your share certificate if you plan to continue holding your shares.) Most brokers will assist their customers with restricted securities transactions. Please contact your broker or Computershare for further assistance.
